Performance data quoted represents past performance and does not guarantee future results.  The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor’s shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost.  Performance current to the most recent month end may be lower or higher than the performance quoted, and may be obtained by viewing the historical returns page.

Fund returns are reduced by expenses, while the market indices are not. Fund returns include the reinvestment of dividends and distributions, while the indices do not.

The S&P 500 Index is a broad based unmanaged index of 500 stocks, which is widely recognized as representative of the equity market in general.  The Russell 2000 Index consists of the smallest 2,000 companies in a group of 3,000 U.S. companies in the Russell 3000 Index, as ranked by market capitalization.  The NASDAQ Composite Index is an unmanaged, capitalization-weighted index of all stocks traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is an unmanaged, price-weighted index consisting of 30 stocks collectively deemed representative of the U.S. stock market. One cannot invest directly in an index.

Mutual fund investing involves risk; principal loss is possible. Small- and medium-capitalization companies tend to have limited liquidity and greater price volatility than large-capitalization companies. Investments in debt securities typically decrease in value when interest rates rise. This risk is usually greater for longer-term debt securities such as limited liquidity and great volatility. Investment by the Funds in lower-rated and non-rated securities presents a greater risk of loss to principal and interest than higher-rated securities.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Diversification does not assure a profit nor protect against loss in a declining market.
