Before you can access the features of Online Account Access, you must first establish your User ID and PIN/Password.
Accounts with identical registrations will link to comprise your portfolio summary. Please call a Customer Service Representative if you have additional questions concerning the registration of your accounts.
Once you have accessed your portfolio summary you will be able to view account balances, account history, download data, request duplicate statements and tax forms as well as perform transactions.
NOTE: Your ability to perform transactions, including, but not limited to, purchases, redemptions and exchanges, is dependant on the account options requested at the time you established your account. If you do not see the transaction option button you desire please contact a Customer Service Representative at 800-544-6547 or 414-276-0535 for assistance in performing the necessary transaction.
